At Kalvara Equestrian, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery provided that:

• Items are unworn, unwashed, and unused.
• All original tags remain attached.
• Items are returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Proof of purchase is provided.

For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Exchanges

If you require a different size or colour, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

How To Request A Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact:

Please include:

• Your order number
• Full name
• Reason for return or exchange
• Photos if the item is damaged or faulty

Our team will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Faulty Or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will work quickly to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Shipping Costs

For UAE orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error.

For international orders, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs charges, duties, and taxes associated with the return.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or sent in error.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Worn or used items
• Washed items
• Items without original tags attached
• Gift cards
• Items marked as final sale
